Make an appointment

Once you’ve selected your loan it’s time to sort out your application. Next is a checklist of documents showing what you need to provide during this process. You will also need to fill out and sign a few forms. Once complete, your application will be to your preferred Lender.
Once the lender gets your application, they’ll take some time going through the information you’ve provided to ensure all the details are correct. They’ll also use a credit reporting agency to check your credit history. After this process is completed and you’ve obtained a pre-approval for the loan you can be ready to buy or refinance.
